Service Description
This is a 30-minute free session to get to know each other. After an introduction about myself, I will ask you to kindly let me know why you'd like to learn Japanese. I will also assess what level you are at and discuss what aspects you would like to and should work on.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you contact us that you would like to cancel or reschedule your booking 24 hours prior, the fee will be refunded. However, if you fail to give a 24-hour notice, you will still be fully charged even if you cannot attend the class.
